See your doll before you crochet it
We are looking for 20 to 50 crocheters and designers to try Gurumi before anyone else: paste or write a pattern and watch it stitch itself in 3D, stitch by stitch, assembled and stuffed. Your feedback decides what comes next.
What the beta is
A closed test with limited spots, opened in small waves. Each tester gets a personal code to enter the app, in English, Spanish or Portuguese. We start with a short session and a pattern that works, and we answer every bug within 48 hours.
What we ask of you
- Four weeks of testing.
- One pattern a week in the app: one of yours, one you are making or one from the gallery.
- A 5-minute form at the end of each week: what looked right, what failed and what you missed.
What you get
- The paid plan for free when Gurumi launches.
- Your name or your shop on the thank-you page, only if you want it.
- More messages with the assistant than the rest of the beta.
Requirements
- A computer with an up-to-date desktop browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari). It does not work well on phones yet.
- Crocheting amigurumi and reading patterns in US terms (sc, inc, dec…).
- Being 18 or older.
Your patterns stay yours
Only use patterns you have the right to use. Gurumi does not publish your patterns or use them for anything else. With the editor and the viewer, the pattern never leaves your browser. If you use the chat, the pattern text goes to the AI model that writes and fixes the pattern (DeepSeek), and the engine counts every round before showing it to you.
